Aviation law deals with all aspects of flying and associated legal issues. This involves, for example, assessments in connection with aviation personnel, aviation traffic and aviation technology, but it also includes solving legal problems “on the ground”. A large proportion of this is made up of claims against airlines that are raised on the basis of the Air Passenger Rights Regulation or international agreements (e.g. the Montreal Agreement). Due to our many years of expertise in this area, we are able to analyse issues in a very short time and give an assessment of the best cause of action.
