We support with our extensive experience in the areas of trademarks, copyright and licensing law as well as competition law.
We represent the interests of our clients in connection with the protection, acquisition and enforcement of industrial property rights, including the defence against unjustified interference with intellectual property rights and in connection with disputes under the law against unfair competition (UWG). Another focus is advising our clients in connection with the creation and conclusion of license agreements, research and development agreements and cooperation agreements.
