It goes without saying that one of our most important duties is using our many years of experience to represent our domestic and foreign clients consistently and successfully in court. We assist our clients in enforcing their rights efficiently, both in civil court and with alternative dispute resolution. Our main goal is to find the most economical solution for our clients.

We conduct civil litigation on a wide variety of matters, with a focus on, among other things, the construction industry, traffic accidents, traffic engineering, labour court proceedings and medical liability. We operate in courts throughout Austria.

Our debt collection department works as a team in order to ensure that our clients' receivables are collected as quickly and efficiently as possible.
